That constant drip from our kitchen tap had become impossible to ignore, and after deciding not to risk damaging it ourselves, we contacted Grade A Plumbing Melbourne. Booking was quick and hassle-free, and Jacob even called on the day to see if an earlier arrival would suit us. After inspecting the tap, he quickly identified a worn internal cartridge that had deteriorated over time. Using a spare tap we already had, he carefully swapped the components and had everything working perfectly again. His friendly attitude, clear communication, and attention to detail made what could have been a frustrating repair completely stress-free. We'd happily call them again for any future kitchen plumbing repairs.
Our shower had been running far too hot, so we booked Grade A Plumbing Melbourne to have it checked. Jake quickly identified the problem, repaired the faulty shower mixer, and also installed a new handheld shower head while he was there. Before starting, he explained exactly what needed to be done, why the repair was necessary, and provided a clear quote with no surprises. The workmanship was excellent, and the whole job was completed professionally and efficiently. We're very happy with the service.
We appreciated how easy the entire experience was from start to finish. Daniel arrived on time, worked professionally throughout the visit, and took the time to explain what had caused the plumbing issue and how we could help prevent it from happening again. That extra advice was just as valuable as the repair itself and gave us confidence moving forward. Friendly service, clear communication, and quality workmanship made Grade A Plumbing St Albans an easy recommendation for our family and friends.
